Kyle Lawrence scored a magnificent win in the last DD2 qualifying heat held today to cement his ‘one of the favourites’ status. He started on pole and dropped to third in the middle stages before reclaiming his position. “That was brilliant and he’s really driving well,” said Kevin de Wit, who’s keeping the kart in tip-top condition. Driving in the Masters class George dos Ramos was 19th in his race.
In the Max Senior class David Perel impressed again as he took third place after a mature drive that saw him steadily climb up the leader board. Gerard Peters worked hard for 28th place.
